Darmesh at Premier Plumbers is a fantastic plumber in Leicester. We use him over anyone else as he turns up on time (if not early), keeps you informed and does a brilliant job. Very tidy, professional and knowledgeable. Boiler fitting, boiler services and such work I wouldn't use anyone else given a choice.

Dharmesh changed and relocated our boiler from kitchen to the attic. He advised us on what boiler to get as I wanted performance and reliability. At the same time he changed radiators in the whole house, ran new gas pipe for the hob and connected it. He also drilled a vent hole for the extractor and installed it. Even though it was a fairly big job, he finished on time cleaned up after himself and his work is very neat. This was year ago and we didn't have any faults. He always replies to our messages quickly and always maintains professionalism. Highly recommended.Owner response

We recently had some plumbing work done and were really impressed with the service from start to finish. Communication was great right from the get go, clear, prompt, and professional. Leicester Plumbers kept us in the loop throughout and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
What really stood out was the helpful suggestions he made along the way. There were a couple of things we hadn’t even considered, and his advice ended up saving us time and hassle down the line.
Once everything was agreed, he just got on with it no fuss, no delays.
The work was done efficiently and to a high standard, and the time scales were as promised.
All in all, a really positive experience. Friendly, reliable, and clearly knows his stuff. Would definitely recommend and I’d happily use him again in the future for any gas or plumbing issues.Owner response

I contacted Dharmesh, Premier Plumbers on a Monday afternoon about a broken pipe from our bathroom sink. He responded promptly and offered to come the next morning. He kept me up to date with when he expected to arrive which was really helpful and refreshing. Dharmesh did a great job fixing the pipe, was professional throughout and gave us some advice about what to possibly expect when we redo our bathroom in the future. Price was really reasonable and I can't remember the last time I had such a smooth experience with a plumber. I would definitely recommend Premier Plumbers and will be using them again in the future.Great service with guidance. I didn't have a clue what I was talking about but Dharms guided me and let me make my own decisions. Great friendly efficient service with Top Quality work!
Excellent service, would highly recommend. Very professional, he arrived on time, completed all the work and left the area immaculate.
DC moved our boiler from the kitchen to the attic last year and fitted all new radiators. He came back recently and performed our 1st service. Everything is running perfectly and we are extremely happy with our heating. We know we can always rely on him if we ever have a problem in the future.

Amazing service, would highly recommend, gutted out the old bathroom and provided us guidance on what we should have in the new one, also installed the washing machine, fridge and also a new gas line for the cooker. Very friendly and would recommend to anyone who wants a job done right, cleaned up all the mess and fitted us in last minute.
